How do I reserve my date?
Reserve your date online and provide the details of your event. Once we receive your request we will approve the time requested or reach out to you regarding our availability. To hold your event date, we require a $100 non-refundable payment with a credit card via our website. Our online booking calendar will show available dates. Our team has to confirm available time slots to allow accurate travel distance. Weekends and evenings book fast, we recommend reserving your event at least 4 weeks in advance.
How do I know the Mobile Gaming Truck can come to my house?
As long as your driveway or street isn’t on a very sharp hill, we will set up. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot. We require up to 40 feet of cleared space (fairly flat).
Can I book additional hours on the day of the event?
Additional hours may be booked, or an event may be extended, as long as it doesn’t conflict with previously scheduled events.
What equipment and consoles are available in your Mobile Gaming Truck?
We’ve got the most popular consoles on the market! Our mobile gaming truck offer a variety of gaming consoles, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch, ensuring a wide selection of games.
What can I expect on the day of my event?
We arrive at your location approximately 20 minutes early to park and setup. The Game Coach prepares the Mobiplay Game Truck. Once it’s ready, your guest are given a short introduction, the doors swing open and the party begins! The Game Coach is always on hand to help the kids along, handle request to ensure the kids have the best video gaming experience! When the time expires, we simply shut down, pack up and drive away.
Is there an age limit?
Mobiplay Game Truck is great for everyone from age 6 to 96, as it appeals to people of all ages. However, we do recommend that participants be able to read and follow directions. Our suggested minimum age is 6 years and older. Players under 6 are welcome, but must be accompanied by at least one (1) adult at all times.
Can you have food and/or beverages inside the Mobiplay Games Truck?
No food and/or beverages are not allowed inside, due to the sensitive nature of the equipment. However, a food and/or beverage table may be set up outside as long as it’s a distance of 8ft or more from the truck.
Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?
If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he/she will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, he/she will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honor and make sure they are having the time of their lives!
What about bad weather?
We can come rain, shine, chilly or hot - our mobile game truck is climate controlled! As long as the forecast is safe for us to drive, we’ll be there!
What time should I schedule the party?
We suggest that you tell your guest that the party is one hour or half hour before our arrival time - that way they eat first and they will all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!
What time will you arrive?
We will arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the event in order to set up and rest assured, our door will be open for your guest by the start of your party time!
How many people can Mobiplay Video Game Truck entertain?
Our game theater can seat up to 20 guests at one time inside and 8 guests outside. Birthday parties are best suited for 20 or fewer guests. We can rotate players through our game truck to entertain large groups (including schools, churches, festivals and family reunions). We have a vast array of games and consoles to make sure everyone will get a chance to play!
Can we bring our own games?
We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will evaluate your needs to make your event successful. You can certainly bring your own games, should you choose to do so, but we will not assume liability for any damage to games that are not ours.
Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
Our website is active and reservations go quickly. We require $100 non-refundable payment to secure the date/time and the final payment is due 1 day before your event. We accept most credit and debit cards for payment. Please contact us directly for corporate and educational customers who require other payment options.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
In order to secure your event, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due the day before event. Any event may be rescheduled 7 days prior to the event date, with no additional cost to the customer, but we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Please contact us directly at 281.908.5299 in the event of a family emergency or illness to reschedule.
